Hello,There were three bill***s and a shut-off card that was sent with no response, we didn't have any return mail on this account, and customer never called us to set up any payment arrangements, therefore the gas was disconnected.Customer has lived there since April 7th.Thank You,Jodi K***Customer Service, Mgr

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appears below.Once again, I get a [redacted] responseClearly the deposit in the attachment is referring to the up front depositThat's why the deposit is not mentioned againMisleading tacticsNo where in your disclosure mentions ANYTHING about AFTER a shut offYour gas company is charging a $reconnection fee and on top of that a $depositMeanwhile I ALREADY had ONE deposit on file? Then to say your not willing to work with the consumer after a shut off? That's exactly why I came here to the Revdex.com so other Businesses & Consumers will see this and HOPEFULLY really see who they'd/they're doing business withThanks for your time Regards, [redacted] ***

Hello,I've attached the page that covers deposits in the rules and regulations."If the Cooperative determines it is necessary, it may require a owner/member to deposit a security deposit deemed adequate by the Cooperative."The deposit is kept for twelve months, after twelve consecutive payments of balance in full the deposit will returned. When the gas is shut-off the fee's and deposits cannot be waived We can work with you when you receive a shut-off notice to make arrangements, prior to shut-offThank you, Jodi King

Hello, I cannot respond to being locked out of the mailbox issue, and we send all correspondence via mail. We send a monthly bill, and we sent a shut-off notice that gives the dates to pay and the date the gas would be disconnected. This is this customer's second
shut-off there is a deposit that is charged, and after we receive months of balance in full payments that deposit is returned. Our rules and regulations, are on our website to go over any deposits. Thanks Jodi King

I tried to explain to this tenant that once the gas is shut-off due to non-payment we would not restore the gas until the balance is paid in full. Sometime it does fall on the property owner, if the tenant cannot pay the balance to get the gas restored. It is in our rules and
regulations. I have talked to the landlord and she has agreed to pay. She fully understood the rules and regulations of the cooperative

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe only statement in my  possession was from the end of July,  and then the disconnect notice was received after that how are we supposed to set up an arrangement when that was the first statement that we received. There was no opportunity to set up an arrangement because that was the first statement that we had received from the company. There is no question the time  of my residency the problem is is that I am not receiv[redacted] bill[redacted] statements in a timely manner therefore this is resulted in a disconnection of service that I feel would've been avoided had I had I received proper statements.
