A set of washer and dryer was sold to me months agoThey worked fine for week then the washer started making a loud noiseI contacted Amanda she sent a repairman over to my house which took several weeksHe determined that the drum and the belt needed to be replaced but had to order the partsI asked how long that would take, he said he would talk to Amanda and get back to meI waited week and then called Amanda she said she would talk to repairman then come up with a solutionI waited more week called and phone was disconnectedDue to my work I was unable to go to the store for a few weeksWhen I got there I was informed the owner wasn't there but she would get back to meShe finally sent a response and said the repairman would pick up the washer to fix it, he never showedAs of right now I have called Amanda several times left several messages and she will not get back to me
