Truck went down by White Pine Tennessee. Had transmission put in at a shop in Memphis that did a *** job.Transmission almost fell out truck. It took shop in Memphis 3 weeks to do job. Took Knoxville diesel 2 days. Showed me every new part they had fixed on my Cascadia. I recommend Knoxville diesel to everyone who needs repair work done in Knoxville area. These people are very professional and I appreciate everything they did for me!!

used abusive foul language over the phone towards me and my wife. Also they did not complete service correctly that was paid for.
On *** I took my truck in to Knoxville Diesel Truck and trailer for service and repairs. They were supposed to return a call with quote that afternoon or first thing in the morning. I never received a call so first thing Monday morning I asked for a quote on the parts and labor. Someone finally got back to me Monday afternoon and I ok'ed the repairs. On Tuesday I called back for a timeline and *** told me over speakerphone to "pay my (expletive) bill and get my ( expletive) truck. So I came down to pay my bill and get my truck to find out that they did not complete the work and charged me$*** for the incomplete work performed.
I would like a written apology from *** and a partial refund for the PM where I had to take to another shop because filter was damaged during installation and was leaking oil
OWNER SPOKE TO CUSTOMER AND RESOLVED THE ISSUE PER PHONE CALL MADE TO SERVICE DEPT.

Spoke with *** the owner and she apologized. Issues are resolved. No further action is required.
Took truck in on Wed. Was told they could look at it on Thursday or Friday was Monday before they supposedly looked at it. Was told that it took them two hours to diagnose because they had to check fuel injectors old fashion when meant they had to take valve cover off which when my husband ask which side and which injector, Mechanic said he wasn't sure hadn't taken valve cover yet lie number one. Charged two hundred dollars on top of what they were going to charge to fix problem. Husband found out later they lied about even diagnosing truck. Lied about using a new injector was going to be put a refurbished one and charge for new one. BEWARE DISHONEST will put in refurbished parts and charge you for new parts. Will tell you and charge you for things that they have it done extremely overpriced stay away go somewhere else
Diagnosed the truck myself on Saturday. Number 3 injector shows not functioning. Customer declined repair. We can not spend our time and computer diagnostics and return to customer for free so they can fix it themselves or yake it elsewhere
