I would not recommend this company to travel withThe drivers are rude and not to mention communicationThe bus we rode in was dirty and the bathroom made the whole bus stinkThere was water dripping on our heads from the overhead compartmentsThe bus was scratched up and the ride was not smoothThe Internet did not work as promised and we were told by the driver that the owner knew that it was not working but he was told to act as if it was a surprise to him when we figured out that it did not workThis is unprofessional and bad businessThere were foot rest that were broke and trash in between the seatsThe overhead compartments were black from hand prints and the floors were just nastyI have rode with other bus companies before and wanted to try knoxville tours but I will never ride with them againThe lack of customer service is terribleI constantly called to speak with Stewart Lusk but he would not return my callsWith this company you do not get what you pay for
I would not travel with this company. They lie to you. First of all if you request a bus with wifi and satellite they say sure. But then when you ask the driver to turn it on they tell you it either does not work or is messed up. Also DOT need to go check the buses out. There are always problems on them. I did not feel safe riding with them. The buses are all scratched up and damaged. Also when calling to get a quote they either don't answer and never return your call.
