9-7-17Dear Valued Guest and Representative of BB.I have reviewed the Guest Complaint and as I said to the Guest All our rooms with two beds have Queen size beds.  They all have been replaced 1 year ago.  Also I know we had new front desk clerk only working with us 2 weeks and every human...

being can make mistake and we resolve the problem in a timely manner.  I have taken pictures of room [redacted] that was assigned to the guest.  The guest took picture of pannel door (plumbing repair.)  Somehow get open and she took a picture of that.  She mentioned when she turned AC unit to a heater of course it's going to smell like heat kind burning smell but that's what happened when any AC unit turn from cool to heat.  Just for a minute or so then the smell goes away. I have attached Guest Reservation through [redacted] credit card they provide.  I refused to pay guest another hotel amount.  This was what guest requested and we provided to the guest.  It was guest descreation if they didn't want to stay.  It's not hotel policy that guest can go any other hotel and paid.  We apologized for the guest inconvenience.  The guest should collect their full amount that they paid to [redacted].  I will let [redacted] know when they call us to confirm it.  Again we are very sorry that it did not worked out for you here and sorry for waiting to check in by our staff.  I would Revdex.com Representative to come and check our facility out.  We just renovated all rooms 8 months ago.  We like to run a clean facility.  Thank you and have a great day!
