KNR Auto Glass

I had a totally poor experience with KnR Glass The windshield replacement was horrible There were brackets broken, brackets put in up-side-down, adhesive spewed all over the paint The paint was scratched and the vehicle was dented during the process TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY I don't know how they got my name and number, I returned to Honda to complain of their service and they said KnR was not there provider, K&B did the work for Honda KnR called and made an appointment, at my house, to replace my windshield shortly after I left the Honda shop I can't explain it !! I had to go round and round with my insurance company to keep from paying for their crappy job I would not recommend KnR to anybody I do have pictures to bamy statements, if anybody would like to see them
