My bmw would not start. They sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. 2 wks later they still didn't touch my car or cslled eith any updates. I called to let them know that I was gonna have bmw shop pk up the car. So then they told me it was the battery and ask I give them a chance to fix it. They fixed it alright. I went to pick up my car and everything was wrong with it. All my sensors light were on for transmission, abs, etc you name it it was lit up. I told them the vehicle was not like that before service and they did nothing about it. In short my car had a bad battery went to the shop came back to me with a cracked windshield and a transmission issue with all my sensors on. I should of check around more. I made the mistake of recommending them to the brother in law after my 1st visit, he too was suckered for their service. It won't happen again. I'll try my best to let everyone know about these guys.
