Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below It appears that there has not been any action taken, I can not afford to pay again for something I have already paid forThe only resolution to my complaint would be to have my, top of the line, brake system( that was taken off my jeep and replaced with used junk, without my knowledge) returned to me as well as the money ($300) refunded to me for, not only the faulty equipment but because I still need to get it 'really' fixed so it is safe for me to drive daily Regards, [redacted]

3/10/14 [redacted] was offerd two options to repair her brake system. Used parts or new parts. [redacted] chose used parts to be sure she had enough money left over for a lift kit that she also purchased through us. see attached invoices that reflect used part install as well as the lift kit...
install that was purchased on 3/11/14. When [redacted]'s brake booster failed (used part that we installed) We offered to discount the price of new parts as well as labor. She indicated she could not afford to do that, so we offered to take small payments until she was able to pay it off. She refused.
I scheduled an appointment with this company 2 weeks in advance. At that time my vehicle handled well but did have a death wobble. 6 days later I picked up the same vehicle that now wonders all over the road, crab walks in a right turn, steering wheel sits at 8 and 2 and still has a death wobble.
