Hello Mr***, In regards to your complaint dated September 9th, 2016:According to our records, your table's order (hamburgers, chicken sandwich, basket of chicken fingers with fries, cheese steak, jerk chicken sandwich, basket of fries, and salad bars) came up approximately
minutes after the order was entered into our computer system, not minutes as you claimed in your Revdex.com complaint or as you claimed in your since-deleted Facebook reviewA twenty-minute ticket time is well within our standard service practicesWhen you spoke to our manager on duty, you asked why the tables around you already had their food, and our manager correctly informed you that they had ordered from the serve-yourself salad bar, not from the menu.In your complaint to the Revdex.com, you neglected to mention that you or someone at your table called our restaurant phone from inside the restaurant to ask where your food was, and you failed to mention the abusive language you used while speaking to our manager and servers and the vulgar messages that you or someone at your table wrote on napkins and left on the tableYou also failed to note that after you left, several people with whom you had been sitting came back in to the restaurant to apologize to our staff and our owner for the behavior you exhibited today, and complimented the server and manager on the service they receivedFurthermore, you did not mention that in an effort to appease the situation, our manager offered you and another member of your party coupons for 1/2-off an appetizer to use during a future visit, which you and the other gentleman accepted.Our servers and managers treat all guests with the utmost respect and approach each situation in a professional manner, and today was no differentWe have security cameras throughout the restaurant that are time-stamped; if you require proof as to what time you were seated, and what time your order was taken and subsequently delivered, we would be happy to provide you with that information.We look forward to resolving this matter in a timely fashion
