*SEE ATTACHMENT [redacted] KMOTORS, INC CANTON RD, AKRON, [redacted] To whom it may concern, Recent visit from Ms Becky [redacted] was on July 10, when they stopped to look for a vehicleMs [redacted] found and showed interest in a Jeep Liberty and asked if they could check it outSo they did including taking the vehicle out for a test driveAfter their return, they decided that was the car for themThey discussed price and agreed to purchase this car from our dealershipBecause of the age and Mileage, the vehicle was sold with NO WARRANTY and In AS IS condition This Jeep Liberty had miles at time of sale and was 'presented with a Buyers Guide in the window marked AS IS We have no knowledge of this vehicle having or had a refurbished engineQuestion - how and who stated that the vehicle had a refurbished engine? About months ago a man drove into our lot and was taking picturesHe was approached by of our employees and asked if he needed assistanceHis reply was, "we purchased a vehicle and the motor was badWe took it to different places and they both said it was running on cylinders and it needed a motor." He was asked at that time if he wanted us to check it out for himHe said, No, we already took it to people so why would we want a 3rd person to check it? He was also asked then, why didn't you bring it here for us to check it out? Mr [redacted] **called Revdex.com He explained that the title was mailed on October He explained that the consumer can go to any title bureau and give them the VIN number and it will show that it has been transferred to her name
