Wednesday morning on my way in to work there was a motorhome parked in front of the office and man standing outside I asked him how I could help him, he said he needed propane Before I could answer him a lady opened the door on the motorhome and yelled out “Can you just quit talking and get this done” I told her it would be a couple of minutes as I wasn’t even open yet She slammed the door, I then told the man we had a gallon minimum he replied “it will take a lot more than that” I advised him to pull around the building and showed him where the propane station was and I would have someone meet him there I also told him after we knew how much propane his camper took then he would need to return to the office to pay I then advised my employee that he needed to meet the camper for propaneHe pumped gals of propane for a total of $ The man came into the office & when I advised him of his total he said what, wait a minute and walked out the door He then came back in the office along with ladies who both started yelling that they only wanted $worth of propane and that’s what they told me and the man pumping propane and they were not going to pay for it and they were going to call the Revdex.com and file a complaint I told them they could pay for the propane or I would call the police dept and they could explain everything to them They said they would pay for it and then they were going to the police dept and tell them we ripped them off I gave them directions to the local PD and gave them my business cardThey told me I was a rude, nasty B---- I never went near their motorhome All of our employees are trained in the proper way to pump propane They never said anything about only wanting a certain amount to me or my staff If they had a problem after they left here it had nothing what so ever with anything we did I have been in management in the customer service industry for almost yearsThey asked for a service and we supplied that service We have been dispensing propane for many years and have never had a problem
