Koach Glass

I have been contacting Koach Glass about popping hinges for 6 months in an attempt to get them fixed.
Koach Glass said the hinges have a 3 year warranty. I was asked to send images of the hinges, which I did on 11/13/18. I was told they would call the manufacturer for me and get back to me. I followed up on 11/19/18 and again on 11/27/18. I have not heard back.

I attempted to find a way to fix the hinges but all the youtube videos and attempts failed.

I have contacted them again multiple times and still don't get a response.

All I need is the manufacturer's name and warranty info.

Never came back to fix what they said they would fix.
I hired Koach Glass to install two sliding windows for our office that we renovated our office in April. Joel was recommended by a contractor friend so we didn't seek out another estimate. He came to our office took measurements, showed me the picture of the lock he will be ordering to install for us and gave us the price. I didn't price haggle with Joel because as a business owner myself it's not something I enjoy when customers price haggle with me. So I said ok, go ahead and order the lock and install as soon as you can. Joel came to install the windows. By the time he finished, I had already left the office and the check was already given to him. I inspected it the following day. The lock that was installed was not the lock that he had shown me which he said he had to order in advance. I had my office call him to tell him that this had to be remedied. He came back weeks later to change the locks out. However he only changed the lock to one of the windows. Ever since then, we have been trying to call him to get him to replace the other lock. He would answer the phone, say that he will come but never does. I have waited a long time to write a review because I understand we work in construction and we get busy other things so I've given them plenty of time. Conducting business like this gives the rest of us in construction a bad name. It gives people a bad taste in the mouth. Things can always go wrong. Stand by you warranty and fix things when you say you are going to.
