I had stores in Phoenix area since 2007, I purchased [redacted] back in April 2011, and sold to Mr [redacted] at [redacted] in July of Customer who made this complaint, dropped the comforter to D [redacted] )in Aug Customer came back claim that Comforter was ruined [redacted] ***, back out of purchase of that [redacted] in Oct and I filed the bankruptcy I gave [redacted] *Previous Owner's information to customer) and I told him that I am not responsible to that claim But if you wants to escalate, he can formally file the claim, and I can summit to bankruptcy court to take the claim I told the customer that Bankruptcy court will not take t claim because it was NOT done by us Previous owner information who is responsible to this claim[redacted] [redacted] ***
