Please save your money and time. We bought a new Bison Trailer on 12-23-16 and have had numerous problems that cannot be resolved. The quality and sales teams have been awful to deal with and keep telling us to take the trailer (at our expense and time) back to a Bison dealer to have it fixed We did that twice - still problems and the latest tech uncovered so much wrong with it - said it would take weeks to locate and fix. Bison refuses to build a new trailer and acknowledge this trailer is poorly manufactured. It leaks in both the living quarters and horse section of the trailer. The first tech walked on the roof adding more damage to the trailer and the 2nd tech was astounded as the problems. We paid over 65K on this trailer and it has been a nightmare. We are unable to even use it as the tech told us if we hooked up our water line - it would continue to leak. So - it is sitting out in the filed while we pay additional money for housing and trailer on the horse. Please rethink your buying choice before you find yourself in our situation. If you happen to yourself with a lemon from Bison - you will be fighting an uphill battle with a company that does not care about the customer service, their product or the reputation of the company from my experience. Not only have we been questioned on the extent of the damage of this trailer - Bison has refused to step up and compensate us for the loss we have endured or offer to rebuild a trailer without the many manufacturing problems that our current one has. I would never recommend this company nor would I ever consider owning another trailer from Bison. I have literally fought with their customer service and warranty departments since we took possession of this trailer and we have not even had it a month.
