correspondence;We went through the agreement together and we verified that the contract that he signed was for LP not *** *** per a conversation that he had with our rep to cut costsUpon our conversation he remembered as much and confirmed soI understand the confusion when it comes to these projects as we talk to them about a lot of options so more than anything I'm happy we cleared up the confusion!The installation was sub par as it was done by a new hire that we had much higher expectations of, I apologized for this and we went above and beyond to fix and then went as far as to do extensive free work on the front of the home to make up for any difference in value based on what the homeowners self remedies in the backI responded in the very moment I received his correspondence, in fact, rescheduling a meeting to take the time and do soWe rectified all this in a timely matter after I received the correspondence and was aware of the situationDue to the complications we did not require that the remaining of $1,be paid and considered *** paid in full for his projectThe client has since stated that he is happy and impressed at the lengths that we went to go above and beyond for him!Once again we did this of our own accord having no knowledge of this correspondence he sent in between the time when he sent his correspondence via postal mail and I called him backIn fact we didn't know this was even submitted until almost a month after the resolutions had been madeGiven the circumstances I would really like to have this item removed
