To whom it may concern:

On 8/5/2020 I ordered a set of 3 Remote Control Construction Vehicle toys for my grandson's birthday. It costs $101.68 including shipping cost.
I didn't receive them until 8/26/2020. But the sender is *** and his address is:
***.
The problem is I received 3 tiny cast iron version of him.
I sent few emails to Koawao request the refund since the toys do not reflect their advertisement on the website. They advertise a working remote control Excavator vehicle on the website. The ones I received may cost around $5 to $10 each.

I have waited for many days, but they didn't respond.I think this company is a scam and their base is in China! That's the reason it took few weeks to get the toys. Moreover, I don't know why the toys were sent by someone else with different address, not the company address.
I want to report the company since they are fraud. They stole my money.
