Koban Electric - Hirt Electric

Review: Was under contract with this electrician, [redacted], and he basically took our money and never returned. He had promised to follow up with the local utility company for the final inspection on a heavy up job done and that never happend. Left dangling electrical wires on the side of my house and only covered it with a cardboard box. I've left number messages, calls, texts, reached out the referring agency got no where. Really regret ever working with this individual. He operates under multiple company names and is not reliable. Tried upselling me on a home renovation project that I'm glad I didn't take him on. Now we're left having to pick up the pieces where he left off.. reaching out to the local utility company for an inspection and paying for any repairs left by the contractor. Such a horrible experience.Desired Settlement: I'd like a partial refund of the service since I will have to pay for the inspection to be done by the local utilty company.
