Kobe Range Hoods

Buyer beware! We installed one of these in our new home and the first time the circuit board that controls all the lights, fan, etcfailed was after only a yearSince there was no Kobe service person in our area I had to replace the part myself, which they suppliedOK, I could live with that but in about years it failed again, right outside the warranty period, and they said, "The manufacturer stopped supplying that part, so you will have to buy the ENTIRE hood again." My reply was, "Why would I throw more money into a piece of junk?" What a joke this coisThe customer service employees admitted as much when I complained
