Review: After ordering food my meal arrived before my husbands. I watched the food runner pick up a plate from the table behind us and put it down at our table. When I asked "did they touch this foo" the stunner said "no I watched them the whole time they did not" as my husband began to eat the customer from the table where the plate was taken from stood up and said if was you I would not eat that I have taken several bites from that plate and let the runner know that I ate from it. He just lied to you. After this when we got the bill the meal I ordered that was stated on the menu as $15.95 was on our bill for $25.95. When my husband let our server k ow about the mishap she came back and told us her manager said the menu was wrong and there was a mis print. When we asked to speak to the manager he walked over and told us we were wrong and the bill was right. When we asked to see the menu we watched the manager walk to the host stand pull out a pen and change the price on the menu. When we told him we saw what he had just done we asked to see the rest of the menus and he went to the back with the menus then came back with multiple menus that had hand written prices changed in marker. While going through the multiple menus we found one with original price and I bean taking pictures of the original price and the hand written fake price. Then manager then walked away and out loud told the server or was her fault and she needed to go home early and pay him for our meal. Needles to say not only was there a sanitation issue but false advertising poor customer service but the manager hostile and disrespectful to his employee in front of guests. Forcing her to leave and pay for something that was in no way her fault.Desired Settlement: An explanation as to the sudden change of pricing and/or refund. Contact from the business regarding their sanitation issues although they deny any wrong doing despite the photo evidence.



Company states: The customer accused us of changing the price. I went to the table and told her the price and as I was tying to explain to them they got upset. The guy started getting really loud. The price was corrected for a Filet Minot steak. When the price was printed it was printed incorrectly on the menus. So we used a marker to correct the price on our menus. I kept telling them that I was only there to help and try to resolve this with them but they kept getting loud and upset with me so I was not able to help them. It seemed that they were just angry and would not allow me to help. Honestly, at that time I was going to help them with their bill and resolve it but again they kept getting upset and loud. We showed them another menu showing that the price was the same. We pulled out 7 or 8 more and they still insisted I changed the price. Had they allowed me to speak to them and explain we would have helped them. We are still willing to help them but they cannot be rude with us.
