As well that Kobez Co. was more than willing to return the deposit immediately should you so choose to cancel the contract. The associations declined the refund and asked us to proceed in the new year. This was less than 30 days ago. So it came as a shock to us to see this complaint here.  The repeated provocation by the property management company with a projected start date months away didn't help this situation. Regardless we understand out clients are eager to get the projects completed and we didn't achieve our goal of satisfaction on this.
