[redacted] solution is for me to forgive her debt and take her word that she paid this debt [redacted] said she paid the rent I said she didn'tWe tell everyone not to put cash in rent boxes because she does not recall that does not make that so alsoWe can come up with a few hundred people that would tell you we tell everyone that [redacted] still does not believe that she should pay by money order or check from what I gather from her responseThis is a problem that she has had in the past with other people and she still thinks it is those businesses problem and not one she caused

ID [redacted] The current tenant has paid us in full, we believe this issue has been resolved

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appearIts quite obvious that if a tenant pays in cash, it disappears and with a money order or check, it has no problem being found in the leasing office$just doesnt walk awayI am not asking for forgivenessfrom [redacted] for my debt because one just does not simply have debt if they have paidThe solution that should occur is to question his very own employee who picked up the rent deposit on the Tuesday of January 6th, Since there are no cameras or witnesses to see anything that goes on in that office, its easy to slip cash, a tenants hard earned money that he/she paid rent with, into their pocketsI have had this happen numerous times w/ a previous landlord but they were always on the lookout for my rent deposit and of course, eventually found itLike I said, $just does not walk awayIt seems obvious that [redacted] and his team have not tried hard enough to find it then and I will state that as well if they claim to have not ever received my rent paymentIt does not hurt to put an inexpensive but reliable camera into the leasing office Regards, [redacted] ***

I reject the businesses responseIt obviously doesn't not resolve anythingIf we pay with money order, it does not get lost and is easily foundIf we pay cash, it's obviously home missingI never recall being told not to pay with cash and I had assumed it was okay since I had given them cash in hand when I gave them our application*** *** said it was perfectly fine and he would credit the $cash towards our security depositA month later, we received a call stating we still owe that $I have numerous previous tenants complian about the same thing*** *** response does not resolve anything.

We have never had any complaints before. When a tenant moves in they are informed to bring a money order or certified check, same as when paying rent; adding their full name and apartment address on it as well. [redacted] had told us that this same situation has happened before at a previous location, [redacted] should have known better than to put cash in the leasing office.

Its quite obvious that if a tenant pays in cash, it disappears and with a money order or check, it has no problem being found in the leasing office. $580 just doesnt walk away. I am not asking for forgivenessfrom [redacted] for my debt because one just does not simply have debt if they have paid. The solution that should occur is to question his very own employee who picked up the rent deposit on the Tuesday of January 6th, 2015. Since there are no cameras or witnesses to see anything that goes on in that office, its easy to slip cash, a tenants hard earned money that he/she paid rent with, into their pockets. I have had this happen numerous times w/ a previous landlord but they were always on the lookout for my rent deposit and of course, eventually found it. Like I said, $580 just does not walk away. It seems obvious that [redacted] and his team have not tried hard enough to find it then and I will state that as well if they claim to have not ever received my rent payment. It does not hurt to put an inexpensive but reliable camera into the leasing office.
