Review: I called [redacted] the day I purchased two wedding dresses in diffent sizes. I was told by phone rep to order both because they have a worry free return guarantee. Upon arrival the dress was ugly and neither size fit. I sent both back two days later requesting a full refund. The processed on refund correctly but randomly gave me store credit for the other one. Both were not worn and in original packaging. I want my money back! They owe me 1455. I don't want credit for their ugly dresses.Desired Settlement: Refund of 1455 like they processed for one of the dresses. I don't have that Amex anymore bc it was stolen and request check shipped to [redacted] . Terrible customer service and very rude.

Review: Do not order from [redacted] online! On March **, 2013 I ordered the Jennifer Bridal gown for $1,100 from [redacted] online. The estimated shipping date for the dress was stated as March **, 2013. After the Estimated shipping date passed, I requested an update and another estimated delivery date was provided which also passed without shipment. Then I noticed the credit card charge was dropped so I inquired again, anxious that my time for finding another dress for a July wedding was running short. I was informed that the last size 10 had been located and would ship out April *. I expressed concerns about it being the last dress and wanted confirmation that the dress was new.The dress arrived on April *, 2013, but since it was Tuesday and I work 10 hour days, I did not go to the seamstress till April **, 2013. The dress was badly wrinkled and looked worn/fabric was not shiny seemed grayish. I thought the dress just needed to be fitted since it provided full coverage on one side of my chest but not the other. The seamstress showed me that the dress was mis-sewn measuring 8 1/4 on one side from front to zipper and 8 3/4 on the other. She advised me to send dress back as it was defective. I told her it was last one and she said it would cost about $300 in alteration to detach and correctly sew one side with no guarantee. She also advised dress looked like a sample. I took the dress next door to NoNos that carries [redacted] to see what they thought. The owner and her manager both said dress was in poor condition.I emailed [redacted] online on April ** to inform them of the dress and shipped the dress back April **. I followed up on April ** to let customer service know that dress would arrive April **. I confirmed reception of dress morning of April **. April ** I followed up again with no response. April **, I spoke to [redacted] in customer service that informed me that two emails were sent to me informing me the dress had been "worn and altered" and that they had shipped it back to me with no refund or credit. I asked her to please forward me these emails (the emails were never sent and given the prior string of easily communicated emails, I believe these emails don't exist). I requested that a Supervisor contact me immediately and [redacted] infomred me that either Supervisor [redacted] or [redacted] would return my call. No one returned my call.I left message for customer service manager later that afternoon - [redacted]. I called my credit card company and began disputed charge process.I received no response so I called [redacted] again on April ** and relayed all these events.[redacted] was able to reroute shipment of dress to her for "inspection" and I expressed my lack of confidence in their inspections given the accusations from [redacted]. I followed up with [redacted] until she finally called me on May 6 to inform me that the dress was inspected and it was not mis-sewn and was in "perfect" condition and even detailed for me the highest standards they use in making these dresses. I asked how the dress can go from "altered and worn" to "perfect". She apologized for my experience but said her hands were tied. She said if it was up to her, she would refund me my money but all she could offer was a credit for [redacted] online.Only a refund is acceptable at this time for the following reasons:1.Given that this was the last dress, [redacted] cannot satisfy the order that was placed. The order would have never been made but for this dress2. Poor customer service and accusations insulting loyal [redacted] customer3. Poor quality and condition of defective dress4. Credit for online store with poor customer service and no guarantee of quality for orders placed online.5. Customer Service Manager specifically stated if up to her a refund would be issued.6. The time this has taken has precluded me from ordering dresses that take 4-5 months to order, specifically a Vera Wang from Nordstrom's. The cost to get other dresses made iDesired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

Refund $1,100
