Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2016/01/13) */
About 3 months ago she called us about sewers leaking out. The septic tank was full of water. We called a pumping company (Veterans) to clean out the line and pump the tank. We paid them for the work and charged her $150 for our services and...

$600 for Veterans. They never paid. I sent them the letter when they completed the work. They wanted the letter from St. Louis County about the water, which I gave them. I was supposed to get them another confirmation letter stating that the system was saturated and there was a short period of time until it was full again. I advised them to talk to an engineer to set up a repair. We have never been paid a dime for anything - service calls or anything. I am hoping to get the $750. The problem is that they need a new septic system. I was just trying to help them out. I had to drive two hours there and back and didn't feel I robbed them anything. As far as resolving this, I can't make the water dry up or make Veterans refund the money they spent pumping the tank and the fields. They did about three times the amount a normal tank pump would do.
