We bought our door approximately years ago and have had numerous problems including rusty hinges, sweats all of the time, does not seal, the window blind has not been usable almost since day one, and the customer service is horrendous Kobyco says they do not stand behind their products once they are sold and that the miles we live from their business is too far to offer timely repair Presently we are waiting to have the blind repaired yet again and it has been about two months since we called They did say they can come at 12:on a work day but we do not feel we should have to use vacation time on top of being ripped off Very dissatisfied
