Review: I contracted Kobyluck to deliver cement to my residence on October 2 (which they were two hours late in showing up; which was an inconvenience to my friends who were there to assist us with the foundation). At the time of the delivery, I noticed that that the cost was off by $100. They assured me it wouldn't be charged to my card before the cement was poured. When my statement came in, I saw that it was charged anyway. I contacted the company and they said they would charge it back to my card. When that didn't happen, then they said they would send me a check. Two weeks later they said they would bring me the refund, then the person who I was dealing with said they would personally bring me the refund. Then I made arrangements to pick up the refund and was told the person and the money weren't in the office. On January 15th, I was told that my refund was really only $5 now. ?? I contacted the owner and he said he'd look into for me and he has never called me back (his employees NEVER (not even once!) return calls either, so this doesn't shock me). I've been told from the beginning that a refund of $120 ($20 interest) was due me and now 3 months later, several "attempts" to coordinate the receipt of my refund has turned into a huge run around and a massive waste of my time. Kobyluck seems to enjoy jerking customers around as part of their business scope.Desired Settlement: A check for $120

After recieving a phone call from the customer a few weeks ago I reviewed all the information pertaining to her delivery and determined that the customer was due a refund of $100.00 and prior to this complaint had already credited the customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that they have indeed finally reimbursed me for monies owed. Without this resource (Revdex.com), I don't think I would have had a satisfactory conclusion to this. Thank you!
