We processed your refund check yesterday We are are extremely sorry regarding the delay in our response, we were in the process of reviewing the billing claim I just started the position as the Greenwich office manager approximately weeks ago and just learnt that this was not resolved I would like to apologize for the inconvenience.Yours truly,*** ***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***
I don't understand why a response wasn't submitted until 3/19/18, the complaint was closed by Revdex.com as no business response on 12/1/I never received any notification from Koch with regards to resolving this issueThe claim was paid in February of this year as a medical claim because Koch insisted I required a specialist for an exam, which is totally falseI don't have any issues that require any additional services outside of a standard examI shouldn't have had to pay twice the co-pay amountYou have my address on file, and if you had any intention of refunding the over-charge, you would have done so already
