Although I do not agree with the dispute, the deduction of $will be fine to end this matter

The damage areas being blamed upon Koch Kuts were looked at back in July. No smashed down spouts were ever found, and a few bottom pieces of siding were found to be damaged by a string trimmer. This is our first season working for this client and no pre inspections were done by
either party, leaving the question of if the damage was done the prior season by someone else or if was from our firm. There is no way to prove either one and there for the fault is being pushed back upon us. On the other hand the siding the grass level and there is no way to trim the grass with out coming close to the siding as the grass is directly up to the siding with no landscape beds. The last message that was left with the office was that damage was going to be fixed and taken off the next bill. So we left it at that and would then follow up with a conversation once an amount was determined. This process was never completed by the customer nor was an estimate ever given to us regarding the damage. In conclusion, I don't feel we are 100% at fault unless there is some proof that we are to blame. I feel an estimate should be obtained and at most we are partially responsible unless proven otherwise. You would be amazed on the amount of items home owners try to push blame on service companies to try and get damaged items repaired or replaced for free as we are the easiest targets being we are the only other ones on the property, and it certainly is not the correct way of handling those situations.Thank You***Koch Kuts LLC

We are extremely pleased with the excavation work done by Koch Kuts for our new horse barn/arena. They tore down and removed an existing building, prepared the new site in its place and did all of the final grading and driveway work. They are reasonably priced and did a wonderful job. Thank you very much!

The workers who service this rental property from Koch Kuts have absolutely no concern for the senior citizens and disabled who live here. The huge company mowers and blowing machines arrive at 8 AM in the morning and stay for hours and hours, making ungodly amounts of noise and, taking as much time as possible. Today (March 30, 2016) it took them over five hours to pick up sticks, blow away leaves, and thatch the grass. Finally, at 1:30 PM they left. Eureka!
For anyone considering hiring this group, be prepared for noise and slow work. In fact, sloths move faster than they do.

Review: I was billed for service in November 2013 that was not performed. I agreed to paid 95 dollars each time the grass was cut. On a phone call he agreed that I would be billed each time the grass was cut. The service was stopped in October but I was billed for November. I was told that I had a seasonal agreement but in the contract it also states that no more than twice per month. What I don't understand is, if he cut the grass in November I would have be billed for the two cuttings and I would have paid it in full. The grass was not cut so my per cut cost jumped because he did not cut the grass in Novmeber. When I tryed to expalin this to him he told me I was tring to get out of paying. He hung up the phone on me twice.Desired Settlement: I paid him each month on time and in full for each time he cut the grass. I paided $1,190 for the work that was performed. If he would have cut the grass in November I would have paid him in full. The grass was not cut in November but he wants $190.00 to match or make up the amount on the seasonal agreement.

I called the City of [redacted] who had them listed on their web site and they told me to contact the Revdex.com. I told the City how disappointed I was in what they did.

I don't believe I should have to paid for service that was not performed. I tryied to explain this to him but he hung up the phone twice. We have been using them for two years. When I called to stop the cutting no one called me back telling me I had a seasonal agreement and I could have two more cuttings. When I called to stop cutting in October the service stopped but the bill came. If I still had two more cuttings they could have called me back and told me that I would be billed even without the cutting.

Response:

Attached is the signed contract for the seasonal service that Mr. [redacted] has agreed to back in the spring. There was no agreement made what so ever to a $95.00 per cut charge as he is indicating, other wise it would have been stated as so on the contract. The contract amount is for $1,330.00 for the season divided by 7 months, which comes out to $190.00 per month. The only thing I can come up with is that because the monthly charge is $190.00, he is dividing that by the "no more than twice a month" statement of the contract and coming up with $95.00 per cutting. Now, because he did not return the contract until May, we divided the contract by the remaining growing months and that is how it was billed, but if he had returned it in April like it was supposed be then the balance would have been divided over 8 months $166.25 and if he divides that out to the way he thinks it should be, then it would be $83.12 per mowing. Regardless of what the monthly charge or what ever he decides the mowing price is, in the end the seasonal contract is for $1,330.00. How ever we get there is his option whether it be monthly or one lump sum, as long as it is paid in full for the serviced we provided and the agreement, then everything is good. I conclusion Mr. [redacted] has it stuck in his head the mowings are $95.00, and they are not based off that number what so ever, and that is the problem here. I have tried to explain this to him along with the secretary and simply just doesn't under stand. During all of this mess, Mr. [redacted] has paid in his account full, and I have no further problems.

Thank You
