I bought a used car from this dealership and not even one week later the check engine light came onThe dealer ship told me I did not buy a service contract with them so I was responsible for the repairsIn my opinion any dealer should cover its vehicle for a minimum of at least days periodThey also did not disclose some of the info that involved my vehicle and it has some bad things like a missing antenna and some rust in the door jams they pretended they didn't knowI would recommend everyone stay away from this dealer and all other ***

We have been in contact with Jon on multiple occasions over the last week. Also with the *** *** at *** in regards to his concern. Attached is a copy of the RO on Jon truck when it was at *** showing that the break measurements are all in the green, not needing
replacement. The brakes and rotors are condition for the and miles of truck.*** *** sold Jon on replacing brakes and rotors on his truck that were all marked green and in good condition.We have offered to help Jon with a portion of the new brakes that he wanted replaced but based on the information we have from his visit and the same information on the repair order from ***Paying for ALL of the un-need repairs and work is not a reasonable request.We are still willing to discuss paying a portion of the repairs under the situation and form of communication Raymond *** *** ***

This is the first time we have heard of any offer to reduce the price, but it is too little too late. [redacted] the sales manager was overly arrogant to the point of belittling us, going as far as telling us to attend church more and learn to forgive. I have lost all respect for this dealership and find it hard to do any business with them now or in the future. [redacted] should take his own advice as he needs to improve on a few traits.  With the attitude we encountered I am confident there will be other unsatisfied people in the future.

regardless of what we do and part as friends we do understand.  If they
would like to try to find a reasonable conclusion any time in the future we
would be glad to do so.

All sale tags are list with stock numbers, MSRP, and
sale price.  The wrong hang tag...

was placed in the wrong car.  A tag
labeled as a Ford Escape was placed in an F-150.  The guest is correct
that a mistake was made when placing the advertised price in the vehicle in regards
to the wrong labeled tag in the wrong vehicle.  In an effort to make the
guest happy we offered to sell them the vehicle for $37450 down from the sale
price that is $39,907.  We have also talked to [redacted] and asked what else
we could do to rectify the situation and make her happy within reason.  We
are still open to having this conversation.
