If the guest chooses not to do business with us regardless of what we do and part as friends we do understand If they would like to try to find a reasonable conclusion any time in the future we would be glad to do so

All sale tags are list with stock numbers, MSRP, and sale price. The wrong hang tag... was placed in the wrong car. A tag labeled as a Ford Escape was placed in an F-150. The guest is correct that a mistake was made when placing the advertised price in the vehicle in regards to the wrong labeled tag in the wrong vehicle. In an effort to make the guest happy we offered to sell them the vehicle for $37450 down from the sale price that is $39,907. We have also talked to [redacted] and asked what else we could do to rectify the situation and make her happy within reason. We are still open to having this conversation.
