After numerous attempts tocome to a resolution, I was getting nowhere.After contacting you, Discount Merchant Became willing to work out a solution that was acceptable to me.I tried to reply using the response form in your message but was unable to.The text field was solid blue and would not let me enter any information.Providing the replacement lamp they sent me functions properly, I would say that I'm satisfied with the end result.
