Regarding ID [redacted] The customer references purchasing a Saturn Ion on 12/28/ This vehicle was sold with a month 12,powertrain warranty with a $deductible Three months after purchase on March 29,the customers vehicle was towed in at the customers request for a non-start issue and the customers were provided a no charge loaner vehicle to use while their vehicle was being diagnosed and repaired The vehicle was diagnosed to need sensors replaced as the customer stated These repairs were electrical sensors and therefore not covered by the month 12,mile powertrain warranty that was included with the purchase While the customers were responsible for the towing, as a goodwill gesture Koehne did split the costs for the sensors replacement 50/even though the sensors were not a part of any warranty Now four months after purchase the customer called to stated that they smell gas when driving the vehicle I explained that the vehicle would need to be looked at to determine the problem and evaluate how to proceed After Koehne arranged the towing the vehicle was diagnosed as having a fuel line leak This leak happened well after purchase, however it is a part of the month 12,mile warranty that was included with the purchase and Koehne told the customer we would take care of the cost of this repair We were in the process of evaluating the customers intermittent steering concern as General Motors did have a previous manufacturer recall regarding a similar concern The recall was previously completed by an unrelated GM dealer Koehne worked with GM to request coverage by GM for this repair The customers made their decision and the matter is proceeding thru the process as provided in their Sales Finance Contract signed on 12/28/

I have received complaint *** and would like to point out that the customer is correct in stating that they purchased their vehicle almost years ago on 6/13/2013. The purchase price that the customer listed is greatly
inaccurate. As the customer indicates the vehicle was at the dealership for days from 5/23/to 6/1/2016. The customer states that the day after they picked up their vehicle (6/2/2016) they “went to wash it and noticed all the bubbled paint on the running boards was picked off of both side, leaving nothing but rust and holes showing”. The customer claims that we “picked” the paint off of the vehicle causing these holes in the running boards. The customer sent pictures of the vehicle. The pictures show large holes in the rocker panels. The rust is very advanced and did not happen in the days that the vehicle was at our dealership. The process of oxidation weakens the bond between the paint and the metal and eventually weakens the metal itself. The customers claim the we picked the paint off of the car exposing the holes and tried to pop a hole out of the rear bumper causing additional damage is just not accurate. The vehicle was not driven, inspected, or moved from 5/23/to 6/1/2016. The vehicle was transported to the dealership on 5/23/and parked until 6/1/until the customer picked up the vehicle on 6/1/2016. Advanced rust to rocker panel. Loose paint can be seen in the picture where the metal has oxidized

When the customer purchased their vehicle on 9/29/2014, they were offered a month 24,mile service contract at a rate of $per week. This coverage had pay as you go premium so any customer would only pay for the coverage that they receive. They could stop paying at any
time they wanted to stop coverage. I have reviewed this customers account and see based upon account notes that on 4/22/I spoke to the customer on the phone and explained why were no longer able to accept the premiums for this contract. The customer was also explained that the fact that we can no longer accept premiums does not mean that we are not able to assist our customers with covered repairs. The customer was informed that should they have a covered repair within the month 24,mile service contract that they should still inform us to see about assistance with repairs that would have been covered under the terms of the contract. The customer had never contacted us regarding repairs or the service contract after 4/22/2016. The coverage would have lapsed whenever the customer surpassed 24,miles from purchase or 9/29/whichever would come first. All written notifications from Koehne would have been sent the customers address on account file. The account file does have an address for customer different than the address on this notice from the Revdex.com. I have checked service records with authorized repair facility and see that the vehicle has not been in for covered repairs after 4/22/conversation and no premiums were accepted. The customer received the coverage they paid for and were offered assistance if needed under the terms of the contract regardless of premium payment

Close friend was subjected to high-pressure sales tactics on a visit to this dealership. The salesmen should be ashamed of their actions. Won't ever deal with this business myself.

On Aug 12 2016. I drove over to Oconto to purchase a 2012 Camaro. It was advertise to have a CD player. I called the salesman to ask about it due to I couldn't find it was told to look in the truck and glove compartment. Brought it to work along with myself and co workers couldn't find it. Call again and left was told to bring it to a local chevy dealer. Brought it to Kocrourk in rib mt. Salesman told me theres no cd player. Called Koehne told them. THis was Aug 20th had to leave a message. They don't return calls which seems to be normal.I called them on sept 9 this time they sent me the list of all the items on the car and cd was listed. Was told to bring it to a dealer again this time I went to Len Dudas in stevens point and thet said no cd player. I asked how much 1 would coast got a quote of $1040. I then went back to Kocourek and got a quote between $ 1000- 1200. I called the dealer again Around sept 12th told them what I found out again left a message. No return call again . On sept 26. call GM direct and talk to a Julien he said he would contact the dealer. Julien sent me a email on the 27th saying steve from the dealer will be in contact with me in the next day or so. My complaint number with GM 8-**SSN**. So today Oct 3 I call steve at the dealership he said he passed it on to my salesman who nevers contacts me. Steve tells me that the salesman called which he didn't. They know about this since Aug 15 and made no effort to contact me or resolve it. I got the run around from the dealer and GM BOTH TOTALLY USELESS! I sop mad that THE DEALER NAME ON THE CAR IS GETTING PAINTED OVER. This along with waiting 2 weeks to get the spare keys is a JOKE!

Horrible place to buy a car. We have a two year warranty and drove 2 hours to get a repair done because the power steering was leaking a little bit, We had an appontment at 11. We had nothing else to do while it was getting worked on. They did not even take the car in until 1. Then the guy tells us its gonna take 4 hours to fix. We were there for 7 hours and finally our car was done. We drove away and something wasnt right. It was making a noise that it didnt before. So we brought it back and they asked us to come back tomorrow. I told them I couldnt because we lived 2 hours away. Finally they fixed that and we are on our way back. About a half hour into our drive we lose power steering completely. At this point the car is worse then when we brought it down there.

This company has been amazing at working with me, I ran into an issue with contract negotiations and was unable to meet my payment obligations one month. They deferred the payment with no issue, just my honest explanation. They currently are having an issue reporting to Trans Union, and my nearly two years of perfect payments were wiped off my credit. Disappointing yes, but with a phone call they explained to me what went on and that they will be fixing it. I thank them for the help with the deferment and will certainly give them time to fix the problem as they did by helping me out when I needed it. I have nothing but positives dealing with them and hope they get the credit reporting issue fixed soon, two years of positive payments was really helping my credit report- just as they said it would. I just hope they are able to fix the issue soon.

Regarding ID [redacted].  The customer references purchasing a 2004 Saturn Ion on 12/28/2016.  This vehicle was sold with a 12 month 12,000 powertrain warranty with a $100 deductible.  Three months after purchase on March 29,2017 the customers vehicle was towed in at...

the customers request for a non-start issue and the customers were provided a no charge loaner vehicle to use while their vehicle was being diagnosed and repaired.  The vehicle was diagnosed to need sensors replaced as the customer stated.  These repairs were electrical sensors and therefore not covered by the 12 month 12,000 mile powertrain warranty that was included with the purchase.  While the customers were responsible for the towing, as a goodwill gesture Koehne did split the costs for the sensors replacement 50/50 even though the sensors were not a part of any warranty.  Now four months after purchase the customer called to stated that they smell gas when driving the vehicle.  I explained that the vehicle would need to be looked at to determine the problem and evaluate how to proceed.  After Koehne arranged the towing the vehicle was diagnosed as having a fuel line leak.  This leak happened well after purchase, however it is a part of the 12 month 12,000 mile warranty that was included with the purchase and Koehne told the customer we would take care of the cost of this repair.  We were in the process of evaluating the customers intermittent steering concern as General Motors did have a previous manufacturer recall regarding a similar concern.  The recall was previously completed by an unrelated GM dealer.  Koehne worked with GM to request coverage by GM for this repair.  The customers made their decision and the matter is proceeding thru the process as provided in their Sales Finance Contract signed on 12/28/2016.

This is a quality business that goes above and beyond each time I visit. It isn't just me either, it's all of the customers. I highly recommending buying and repairing your car from them.
