I have tried to contact and everytime we call it goes straight to voicemailI have let you know that the transitions are extra and left you voicemails letting you know that this was an extra chargeI have yet to hear back from you to resolve thisIf you do not contact me how am I supposed to help your situation?

If *** denies are response how is my company supposed to fix anything? This is poor judgement on the customers end/responseIf she does not contact my store to fix her "problem" what am I supposed to do?

I want no further contact with the owner at Koellisch.He left one message on my cell phone.  Only after I contacted the Revdex.com.  He stated since I wanted to bad mouth him.It would now cost me $50  to get the flashing done for both doors.Stated he planned to do it for free-( it usually is part of a floor install).He figured he was doing me a favor- to me nice & do it on his dime- but now I had to pay.If this is the truth- why didn't he answer all my calls before I contacted you(Revdex.com)?The man lies & others should be warned before paying for a completed job.And to not trust him - until the job is totally complete.This is not a good business practice he has.  It is childish & totally unprofessional![redacted]

[redacted], you were contacted several times and I have left 3 voicemails on your cell phone, regarding the transitions for your doorways. They are not included in the price for flooring they are $25.00 per door. They are sometimes thrown in with a deal given. I reached out to you, again leaving a voicemail for the final time, after you contacted Revdex.com. I have returned phone calls 2x before you contacted Revdex.com. You never once returned my phone call. You were given a beautiful floor/job. You did not return my calls to complete flooring. There fore this matter was not resolved. The total in cost for the door ways is $50.00. Now that you want nothing to do with my company you will proceed to go elsewhere. Thank you and have a nice day
