Ordered and paid for 16-foot windmill 7 weeks ago.Company does not respond to email or telcon messages.My complaint is that the windmill has been paid for but not delaivered. Company does not respond to inquiries.Desired SettlementDelivery or refundBusiness Response When we took the order in June Mr. [redacted] was made aware that there was a pr-order situation and was given a $150 discount because of that. He obviously was happy at that point because he paid a 20% deposit and was advised to expect delivery in July 2014.He emailed us on July 15 (received at 10.20am local time) advising us that he had tried to phone us 6 times. we promptly responded to his email and was advised by our rep at 3:21pm local time that he had spoken to Mr [redacted] a 'few hours ago'He also reported us to Revdex.com on July 15 about the delay. we cannot ascertain the timing of the complaint.The delivery from our Production facility is scheduled to be received in Regina today July 18 and we confidently expect all back orders will be shipped before the end of next week. We apologise for the frustration Mr [redacted] is feeling and are working hard to rectify the order backlog[redacted]

Windmill was purchased in April, 2013 for pumping water; it has never pumped any usable water.This Koenders windmill was purchased in April 2013 for the purpose of pumping water to irrigate greenhouses. I was assured that it would do the job. It has never worked. It has been taken down twice, repaired, checked by a qualified technician, stated to be in good order, but does not pump any water.Replacement parts, tech sheets, more parts have been sent and emailed.This pump does not work.When I hired an Ontario firm, certified to service Koenders Windmills, to check the system, Koenders Saskatchewan refused to refund any of the cost.I need to irrigate my greenhouses and have no more time to spend on this technology that clearly does not work.Desired SettlementKoenders wants to keep sending parts; I want to disassemble it and return it COD, for a full refund.It has now cost far in excess of the purchase price; I am not prepared to spend or money any more on this.I need water in my field.Business Response Mr.[redacted] has had performance issues with his Verta 6 water pump from the time of purchase. Our first thoughts were that the windmill was creating insufficient volume and pressure of air, so we supplied him with new checkvalves and larger windmill blades to enable the unit to catch more wind and hence more power.Our local dealer ([redacted]) was contacted by Mr. [redacted] and investigated the problem. They couldn't find any pressure issues with the windmill itself and volunteered to replace the Verta 6 with one from their stock. When they arrived at the site they realised that their model was an LD8 which was too wide to go down the well casing.We have now supplied [redacted] with a new Verta 6 which is scheduled to be installed on Wednesday July 8, 2014.All costs regarding the site work by [redacted] will be paid by Koenders, this even relates to work done by them at the request of Mr. [redacted] direct.[redacted]
