I had received a order in the correct size that was originally ordered
I wear in every boot/shoe in a size 12m
this order with a wolverine boot was to small with length and width
contacted customer support with the issue
They had exchanged for next size up
was emailed a shipping label
received the larger boots days later
just wanted to say thanks to
customer service
I ordered a pair of shoes from this business...Working Person's Store. The order was never processed at all. The company debited my checking account for the purchase order on the day that I ordered. I have over 2 hours of calls into the company for inquiries on my order. The representative exhibited NO follow up skills and offered NO answers to my order status. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!
I still have no answers, no shoes and they still have my money.
I shopped at the store when I lived in the area. It was great. When I needed a specific boot for a job I didn't hesitate.
This retailer should stick to brick and mortar style sales. They are combersome in the online methods, hang up phone calls, and take sixteen days to get item to customers.
Working people deserve good customer serve online too.
DO NOT order from this company. I used a Visa gift Card at this online store and ended up returning my item. 2 days after the return went through, someone stole the balance off the card with an online purchase. That means the person knew the card number, exp date, and security code. I've used that card one time and it never left my house. This company's security system is compromised and when I tried to notify their fraud department they refused to believe anything was wrong with their system and said there are other ways for people to steal that information. Give me a break!!! Two days after the return authorization and the card gets compromised. An obvious lack of security in their system and they don't seem to care one bit. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!
Company takes too long to deliver there products. They will not keep customer informed of status of order or of status of return. Also do not mention on site that products come straight from manufacturer and not from their own warehouse. Would not do business with this company again.
