As of 3/I have heard nothing from Koetting AssociatesI have expected some type of response but received
nothingApparently they told you that they took care of my request for reimbursement with a checkI received an envelope today from themOpening it I expected to find the checkUnfortunately it was an advertisement to purchase their contact lense insurance planI'm surprised and disappointed with their recent behaviorI have been a patient of DrKoetting and now *** *** for years, always having been treated with respect and friendly serviceI've send many family members and friends to KoettingWhat a disappointment to have to now find a new doctor

I tried to respond online, but I guess it didn't go throughI wrote her a check and took care of the issue
