I am rejecting this response because: The contract was cancelled effective March 16th and is documented Via emailAfter that date there was no authorization to charge my accountAnd the fact that the business owner refuses to refund this amount shows their more concerned about making money instead of their customerIt is very easy to refund someone and not be greedyThis is the epitome of greed and selfishness.My complaint remains as such

This is in response to the issue from [redacted] (id [redacted]). She has a signed document on file that she is resposible for 1 year of membership at $125 per month. As the agreement states, she is liable for the payment inside this contract until  9-1-16, I will be more than happy to void her...

contract effective immediately. Since she cancelled her contract, she will be receiving no refund, but will NOT be responsible for the remaining her signed contract.

And the fact that the business owner refuses to refund this amount shows their more concerned about making money instead of their customer. It is very easy to refund someone and not be greedy. This is the epitome of greed and selfishness.My complaint remains as such.
