their client, Two EE's Winery.
The criteria for bag selection were design, delivery date before Thanksgiving, and price. We proposed a bag from a manufacturer that met the client's parameters. This manufacturer happens to have facilities in the US and a plant in Mexico.
The item selected by HPN was produced in their Mexico facility and shipped to Two EE's FOB Arizona. While discussing other design choices to be made, our salesman brought up overseas production for cost saving. The idea was not seriously considered because overseas projects take significantly more time and the firm Thanksgiving date could not be met.
The bag selected was the only item we offered that could meet all of Two EE's criteria; most importantly, delivery in time for Black Friday sales. Our sales rep was not asked repeatedly if the bags were made in the USA.
For over 70 years Koher Advertising has tried to meet the expectations of all its customers. We regret Mr. [redacted] feels his were not. We were surprised to learn of this complaint in March, since product delivery was made in early November and our invoice was paid by HPN in early December. There were no concerns voiced, complaints made, or requests for refunds or replacements during that time. While discussing delivery arrangements of a subsequent and unrelated winery order in early December, one of the owners of Two EE's told us they loved the bags, were using them, and even suggested a small design improvement for future orders. The owner did not mention the country of origin for the bag.
As a matter of our consistent policy of addressing customer concerns, we are always agreeable to meet and address any issues with our transactions and product quality.
