[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] This is acceptable providing I will receive the applied amounts.  As of today 01/03/17 I have not yet received.  I'm not trusting that Kohl's will honor this remedy.  I will have to say I have never made a purchase from a business that I did not receive the product and was not able to receive a refund.  I have always been prideful of my shopping, I would here of these horror stories.  I will no longer shop Kohl's for Christmas gifts in the future.  I would also like a contact name and number should I not receive the refund.  I have been told I would receive the refund several times.  thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.None of the issues that I have mentioned in my complaint were addressed.  The mattress damaged mattress topper that was sent to me has been returned and I have not received a credit to my account for the return as of 10/01/14.  I have have been charged for two mattress toppers and yet have not received any for which I have been charged. I have requested to have a receipt for the damaged one and did not receive that yet, I have requested a replacement and have not received that as of 10/01/14, I requested a credit for the returned one and have not received that.  Kohl's has failed to address any and all issues brought forth in original and subsequent complaint(s). This matter has not been resolved to my satisfaction.

The customer can fax in her paperwork to Fax number, ###-###-####. Once it is received, we will be happy to look at it on our end. No one has documented paperwork being received on our end.

Terms and Conditions for Kohl's Cash use are
printed online, in our marketing materials, in store and on the back of all
Kohl's Cash certificates. At this time we are able to confirm a UPS pick-up
request has been initiated 12/29/14. We recommend packing the item as best as he can to ensure
the item is picked up properly by UPS. Once we receive the item back to our Fulfillment Center, a
return will be processed back to the form of tender used.

A purchase was not made due to store trying to charge for each pair of panties in each set I was buying. No other stores charges for each pair when you buy a bundle  pack of socks or undies, Hanes for example does not charge for each pair in the pack, when 6 pairs come in the pack, they charge 1 price for the set/pack.  I feel this is not right for Kohl's to do and that is why I submitted complaint. Also was very embarrassing standing in line and having to argue with cashier who waved the sets around like flags on a pole while I was asking about why I was being charged for each pair in the 3 pack sets.   I have never seen any other store do this but Kohl's and not sure it was even proper to do.

according to the companies own "hassle free" policy if states store credit will be issued. Mr. [redacted] and I were informed that the company would not be abiding by their own policy due to the fact the return was over a certain amount of money. Nowhere in the company policy or our receipt is this policy written. We want what the company guarantees. A hassle free return. We want a refund, on a gift card, as the company states it will provide with a return. Otherwise, this is purely false advertisement.

We will be more than happy to research our customer's concern. More information is needed. Is the customer able to provide an order nu,ber. It appears we were unable to locate it with the information provided.

We apologize for the inconvenience experienced. In order to process a return for the item, the customer will need to disassemble the item and place back into the original box as this item is shipped directly from the vendor. Without the item, we are unable to return the merchandise.

complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I followed the instructions and I called the fraud department. After 15 minutes of phone call, the call got disconnected with no resolution. I called again and had to start from scratch. This time I was accidentally transferred to someone else, who had no idea about what this was about. I had to explained it all over. After 25 minutes of call, I was informed the cards had been cleared and I could place the order again. I tried, but the gift card was rejected. I was finally transferred to someone who told me I need to address this with Citibank ThankYou points, who issued the card to me. This is completely unacceptable. It took Kohl's one week, 4 calls, about 2 or more hours in phone calls to give me this response. And I don't even know if this is the resolution. Will never go back to Kohl's. For your reference, attached is a chat with Kohl's I had yesterday, where they promised the refund asap.

The charges were being incorrectly made by Kohl's and were charging my checking account instead of my sister's for her credit card payments. It was definitely a mistake by Kohl's and they are in the process of fixing the problem. I no longer wish to pursue them through the Revdex.com. Thank you!
