[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have attached a notarized statement from an individual who was at Kohl's shop with me when ***, the owner himself, is the one who suggested the complete frame off restoration and quoted me the $plus paint and parts First of all I would never agree to a $paint job on a truck, that is ridiculous when you can get a paint job for much less than that Secondly, I have cancelled checks to show the proof that I did make the total $payment to him throughout the years Third, why would someone keep my truck for years if I was not paying him? I have shown proof of my ONLY receipt showing $and the amounts deducted when I paid Every time I asked [redacted] for a receipt on parts he purchased on my behalf and then I repaid him he would never give me a receipt [redacted] has not held to his end of the agreement at all on this project and I feel for the lack of work, the poor work he did do and the two years of aggravation he put me through he owes me $ I would hope after all the proof I have provided and the signed, notarized statement from a witness that [redacted] would realize his version of this agreement has been falsified on his part I took it upon myself to only get one statement at this point but if I need to I do have other individuals who are willing to make statements on my behalf Lastly, if [redacted] quoted me another figure as he suggested besides the paint job why wouldn't I have a receipt showing something to that affect with my acceptance???? Again, because the receipt I provided showing $is the only agreement we had for a complete frame off restoration on my [redacted] truck Regards, [redacted] ***

Kohl's Customs and Classics did give *** *** a verbal estimate of $to repaint the outside of his *** Truck (not a full body - frame off restoration) About two months after I started working on ***'s truck he asked me to do a full body - frame off restoration, at that time I explained to him that it would be more money and he agreed I proceeded in working on doing the full body - frame off restoration now and not just the repaint of the truck so everything else needed to be done I asked *** for more money several times and did not receive any I worked as far as I could and asked *** to pick up his truck

I would hope after all the proof I have provided and the signed, notarized statement from a witness that *** *** would realize his version of this agreement has been falsified on his part. Lastly, if *** quoted me another figure as he suggested besides the paint job why wouldn't I have a receipt showing something to that affect with my acceptance???? Again, because the receipt I provided showing $is the only agreement we had for a complete frame off restoration on my *** truck.
