**RUDE, ARGUMENTATIVE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE**
Not only did they “lose” my uhal reservation, but the gentleman (who is also the owner) was a complete [redacted] to me. Did not offer in any regards a solution to the problem and in fact INSISTED that it was me who had the problem. Unorganized mess. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. VERY disappointed.
