I recently visited The Top Dog Store in Calgary to adopt (purchase) a puppyI was thrilled with my experience thereWhen I called prior to visiting the store, I found the staff I spoke with on the phone to be very polite and informativeThey were able to answer all of my questionsI drove hours to get to their store and was welcomed by friendly staff who placed myself and my potential puppy in a room to interactI like the fact that you can't just come in and point at a pup and buy itThe staff member who was with my while I met my new pup and reviewed my adoption application was very pleasant and very informativeEach staff member seemed as though they each had a personal interest in ever pup and were all looking out for the best interest of each one After about 1-hours, I left the store with my new pup, a complete puppy package and feeling secure knowing that my pup was well cared for while at The Top Dog StoreI also appreciate the follow up calls from the store to see how my puppy was adjusting to her new home life and how her vet check up has gone I would highly recommend this store when seeking a new puppy or for supplies or questions in general about puppy care

I drove 4 hours to get to their store and was welcomed by friendly staff who placed myself and my potential puppy in a room to interact. I like the fact that you can't just come in and point at a pup and buy it. The staff member who was with my while I met my new pup and reviewed my adoption application was very pleasant and very informative. Each staff member seemed as though they each had a personal interest in ever pup and were all looking out for the best interest of each one.

I visited the Top Dog Store weekly for 4 months looking for the right fur baby for my family as well as a little fur baby for my friend and her family.

I am very impressed with the staff at the store, all were friendly, patient and informative, every time I visited. They showed outstanding care for the puppies they were looking after. The puppies were always clean and they ensured that when puppies were visiting with families that they were safe and not overdoing it. The store itself is very clean as are the kennels and bedding that the puppies are in.

Last week we found the perfect little pups to make our homes complete and brought home brothers Milo and Simba (Maltese x Shih tzu). They are wonderful happy little dogs and are both doing so well. We look forward to many puppy play dates together.

I was impressed with the follow up call from Amy on Monday to see how the puppies were doing and once again she was so very helpful answering all my questions.
