I took Caliber Pole Building/Greg D[redacted] (owner) to the magistrate court, where we lost on a small technicality. Mr. D[redacted] states that we were found to be "less than truthful," which is not true, nor did he offer you any proof of that. I request that you edit his response to remove this sentence.     We appealed this to the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield County. We sought the original $4852.48, plus additional attorney fees as Mr. D[redacted] appeared to be in violation of the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act and the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act. The court ruled in our favor and due to violating the two acts cited above, awarded us our attorney fees in addition to the original amount.     Mr. D[redacted] claims that he owns no property in his name, no vehicles and has no assets. (attached letter from Mr. D[redacted]'s attorney).     I am attaching official court documents to back up everything that I am saying.     Thank you for your assistance in this.
