Dealing with Eric McCoy and EMC Construction was a nightmare from beginning to endEric McCoy has is a big bully with terrible temper and threatened me with physical violence Let's start from the beginningEMC came in with the highest bid among three, $15,for converting a carport into a garage and replacing two support posts for the front porchMcCoy was recommended by the realtor who sold me my house, and being new to the area, I went with themEven with weeks to complete the project, they still could not finish on timeBut wait, it gets worse The work from this company was very poorthe support posts for the front porch are not plumb and they hang over the front and side edges of the porchThis, of course, looks absurdThe electric work in the garage is sloppy with wires running along the ceiling of the garage that could have easily been tucked out of sightThe stucco work for the wood-frame garage was amateur looking with finger prints and waves and dents everywhereI am still cleaning up waste mortar scattered about my propertySome was even discarded in my neighbors bushes When I asked Eric McCoy to remedy these problems, he responded with a profanity laced tiradeHe said everything was good enough and met codeHe continued getting angrier and was loudly cursing me, dropping f-bombs everywhereWhen I asked him to stop cursing and talking to me in that manner he only got worseI expressed that he can't talk to me that way on my property and he replied he would talk to me however he pleasedWhen he continued with the insults and cursing I told him to get off my propertyHe refusedI said I would call the police and have him removed and he said go ahead and call them His stucco guy started to drag him off my property but McCoy kept screaming, calling me a " [redacted] " and tried to get me to come into the street so he could kick my ***Keep in mind this is no small dudeHe is about 6'3" and lbs., so there was no way I was going to take him onPlus, I don't customarily handle my business dealings in such a mannerI was warned by one of his workers about his temper so evidently this is the way he operatesI had to ban him from my property for the duration of the project The stucco guy came back on his own accord (a subcontractor) and re-did his work, so credit to himMcCoy thought the original work was fineThe job was supposed to be complete at the end of may but wasn't finished until late August If you want a belligerent contractor who will treat you like crap, insult you, and threaten to kick your [redacted] if you don't like his poor work and attitude, then this is your guyOtherwise I suggest you hire someone else
We were thoroughly pleased with the work of EMC Construction in building for us a custom shed Rusty and Marty were obviously highly skilled and took great pride in their work as evidenced by perfection in every detail of the jobTheir carpentry work was masterful They always arrived when they said they would and completed the project without delayI would readily use EMC Construction for any future projects and would highly recommend them to others

this is not a complaint.a customer review only.emc did a lot of work for me.excellent roof and tile work,but fair on bath remodeling and screen porches.I had to get someone else fix some of porch.thet got angry at all my e mails on concerns and questions and problems.it was my money and my right.twice calking came apart on tub and they had nerve try blame me.after got their money they just ignore me.constant problems with tub calking and screen porch.had get door and dog door redone by someone else.the crews even warned me about the owner.im sorry I let them do my porch and bathrooms but great on roof and tile.porch constant wet from rain n grout.this is my customer review,not a complaint.they got dirt on pavers and seales over instead of cleaning first
I lost pounds with lipozene I have been trying to meet your marketing department for the longest time I have pictures to prove for proof and I think that people should know how great this product really is but anyone who says it doesn't work I know that they must not have stuck with it it only took me a year and I have maintain this weight loss now for years thanks for listening
EMC Construction just finished a room additionWe chose them because their owner Eric McCoy came across as a very detail personHe went over all the options available to us and what he thought would be the best choicesAlso the cost estimate he gave us looked very reasonable compare to other companies that we contactedThey did an excellent job and high quality workmanshipThey chose only high quality materials and were very motivated in doing an excellent jobTheir crews were all very pleasant and friendly and hard workingI truly recommend this company if you are planning any work on your home
I am "NOT" filing a complaint and want that understood.just my opinion.during all the work emc I sent constant e mails with questions and concerns.the owner got angry and was sick of m e mails.to me,it was my right as was my money.last week I sent him e mail as for 2nd time the calking around tub coming off.he tried blame me !emc are great in some areas and poor in others.I m only giving my true opinionno need to contact him.im just giving a customer review

My menstrual cycle was extremely heavy and went for almost a month.It stopped three days after I stopped taking the product
