Review: Seller sold me multiple items, One item, the most expensive, arrived broken. Not only did they not apologize, they will not refund or replace the item. Its the most ridiculous unprofessional thing I have ever heard of. Sold me something and it was broken and because I didn't open it immediately as I was out of town, he will not refund or replace. There is NO shipping policy on his website and he does not want to replace because he cannot make the claim with his shipping company. Terrible customer service and unethical behavior.Desired Settlement: replace is too late, I have to get the item to finish a project. He needs to refund the item and shipping entirely at $52.50 for the product and $22.47 for shipping. Pure and simple.
