Review: I placed an order for some products back on Sunday, 9/20. The payment was debited from my checking account the following Tuesday. I received an initial confirmation email but then later on in the week I emailed customer service for status and also sent messages through their messaging service on their website. I have not received a single response. I tried calling today during their posted office hours and was disconnected as their customer service is closed.Desired Settlement: I would like my order delivered.
