We just finished having the interior of our Anthem Solera home painted today by Prizm Paint on *** ** in Las VegasThe company is professional, the painters are timely and they do a BEAUTIFUL jobThe cost was very reasonable and the work was done days after the bid was madeThey also provide free estimates and send a detailed bid in emailWe very happy with how our home turned outAsk for Lawrence H***@ XXX XXX XXXXThis company is easy to do business with

Pigeon Forge contacted me the day after I initiated business with them to transfer my *** deed out of my name
They explained the process, got the necessary information to start the process, and told me when to expect a follow up
The process went just as they said, and my deed was removed in under months from my name
Finally I have that old Wyndham deed gone! Good riddance! So grateful to have been referred to this company by *** ***

This company is extremely difficult to deal with. They have limited office hours and even when the office is supposed to be open no one enswers the phone. They do not call back even when left with numerous emails and phone messages. They are currently in the process of holding up a time share sale be cause they have the power of attorney and need to complete paperwork. They simply do not call back to obtain the details of the sale. Quite baffeling. Would never deal with they again.

This company assured our family that they would be able to sell our timeshare. In fact it was almost impossible to reach them by phone, and when we called our timeshare resort to see if they had initiated the transfer paperwork our resort had never received any information from the company.

I'm confused at how what this company does is considered legal. It seems they collect fees without ever trying to actually sell your timeshare. Just recently they asked for a final fee to complete the title transfer process of around $200. There was a week left to transfer the title. Our resort said title transfers always take more than a month. So this company was asking for a fee even when it knew it would no longer be able to transfer the title. We are trying to get a refund for the various fees we have paid to this company.
