This company assured our family that they would be able to sell our timeshareIn fact it was almost impossible to reach them by phone, and when we called our timeshare resort to see if they had initiated the transfer paperwork our resort had never received any information from the company I'm confused at how what this company does is considered legalIt seems they collect fees without ever trying to actually sell your timeshareJust recently they asked for a final fee to complete the title transfer process of around $There was a week left to transfer the titleOur resort said title transfers always take more than a monthSo this company was asking for a fee even when it knew it would no longer be able to transfer the titleWe are trying to get a refund for the various fees we have paid to this company
