I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I find it unfortunate that the new excuse given in the response was never communicated to us after our repeated inquiries, which is what forced us to turn to the Revdex.com in the first placeWe did finally receive the billing statementWe will not pursue this matter further, nor do any more business with this firm after receiving such poor treatment

To whom it may concern,Thank you for forwarding Ms [redacted] s complaint regarding the final invoice and statement for the legal services we rendered to her daughter-in-law, [redacted] Bryant We appreciate the role of the Revdex.com in resolving consumer disputes and appreciate it when client grievances are brought to our attention.We regret the delay it took in getting Ms [redacted] s invoice and statement out, but our online invoicing service went down and it took their technicians two weeks to resolve the issue That put us behind in our invoicing We have since remedied the situation by getting Ms [redacted] s invoice and statement out as an attachment to the enclosed email sent by our paralegal on the 6th of this month I cannot enclose the invoice and statement without violating Ms [redacted] s right to attorney/client confidentiality Although one might assume that Ms [redacted] wouldn't object to the disclosure, she would have to authorize the disclosure and waiver of the attorney/client privilege could open the door for others seeking what would otherwise be confidential information If there is an issue with it, I'd leave it to Ms [redacted] to raise the issue to which we would of course respond.Once again, thank you for making us aware of this grievance so we could address it.Sincerely,Steven J KokenspargerKokensparger + Ryan, LLC
