I am rejecting this response because:
First, the document supplied clearly shows only 4 minutes cardio visits are permitted per weekNOTHING was unlimited. Second, the fact that is SAYS unlimited and they fully admit that they LIMIT you in their response shows how shady this firm is. It was a TOTAL hard sell from the moment I walked in. Its absolutely ridiculous that anyone would want someone to stand there and read screens to them and obviously a ploy to simply continue to hard sell. If the *** is UNLIMITED, then why would they CARE if someone came in every day - people work out differently and its not their "say" as to what or when anyone would want to work out when they BOUGHT UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP And their comments about anyone's motives for buying a *** or not is irrelevant and goes to show they totally intend to just bilk people who may or may not buy something just to do it for their own reasons. Don't sell a *** - with NO FINE PRINT ABOUT ALL THE LIMITATIONS - if you have no intentions of honoring it. SHADY!!!At the end of the day, no refund has been given. In fact, I contacted *** AGAIN and have contacted them no less than times and they continue to apologize for the shady tactics of this company. I still expect an APOLOGY, I expect them to REMOVE their UNLIMITED MEMBERHSIP *** which is CLEARLY (and BY THEIR OWN ADMISSIION NOT UNLIMITED) as well as give me a refund in addition to another $for my trouble they have causes.
Sincerely,
*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
First, the document supplied clearly shows only 4  15 minutes cardio visits are permitted per week. NOTHING was unlimited. If the [redacted] is UNLIMITED, then why would they CARE if someone came in every day - people work out differently and its not their "say" as to what or when anyone would want to work out when they BOUGHT UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP.    And their comments about anyone's motives for buying a [redacted] or not is irrelevant and goes to show they totally intend to just bilk people who may or may not buy something just to do it for their own reasons.  Don't sell a [redacted] - with NO FINE PRINT ABOUT ALL THE LIMITATIONS - if you have no intentions of honoring it.  SHADY!!!At the end of the day, no refund has been given.  In fact,  I contacted [redacted] AGAIN and have contacted them no less than 4 times and they continue to apologize for the shady tactics of this company.  I still expect an APOLOGY, I expect them to REMOVE their UNLIMITED MEMBERHSIP [redacted] which is CLEARLY (and BY THEIR OWN ADMISSIION NOT UNLIMITED) as well as give me a refund in addition to another $50 for my trouble they have causes.

TeOur [redacted] members get unlimited cardio visits but we do limit people on strength sessions initially (12 for the month which is 3 times per week) and then are very flexible depending upon the person and their weight lifting experience. If people use all 12 sessions before the month is over (which...

rarely happens), we are happy to load more strength sessions on their Koko flash drive. Full body strength training is most effective with 24 to 48 hours of rest in between sessions. Our strength sessions are not designed to be done every day. Our machines are computerized personal training and so there is a definite learning curve for new people. After five years of offering the [redacted]s, it has been our experience that people acclimate to the workouts much quicker if we work one on one with them the first 3 to 4 sessions. In 5 years, we have never had a complaint. They are getting personal training which we normally would charge $20 per session. We don’t “require” people to make appointments for the first week and half. We do ask they make an appointment for at least the first two sessions. Our intention is to reduce frustration and the chance of injury. We then offer 24 hour access to anyone who is ready to work on their own. Our cardio sessions are 15 minutes because they are high intensity interval workouts which research shows should be done no more than 3 to 5 times a week. That being said, a [redacted] member can come in every day to do cardio if they so choose once they have 24 hour access. I explained that.We do spend time explaining the benefits of the Koko system in the first couple of sessions because that is what most people are here to learn about. We are in the business of selling memberships, but after the first few sessions, the system sells itself. I have never been accused of doing a hard sell. It's ridiculous. We can only assume that she is someone who buys [redacted]s with no intention of joining and so wants to be totally on her own from the beginning which doesn't work well with our system. She was so unreasonable after the first session and gave us such an inaccurate review on [redacted] that the owner decided to refund her money. In the 5 plus years I have worked with him, he has never done that. She came in on Wednesday 1/23, and we started the process on Thursday 1/24 for her refund. I emailed her on Friday 1/25 giving her information on how to get her $10 refund and also asking her to return her Koko flash drive key and door fob (a $40 value). This was her reply: "You're an it." I have attached a copy of that email exchange. She needs to contact [redacted] to get her $10 back as instructed. ll us why here...
