That is the same response they gave me the last TWO times I spoke to them and I have YET to hear from this alleged insurance company Neither Kokomo Joe's NOR the 'insurance company' has reached out to me to get this resolved At this point I'm starting to believe they don't even have insurance If it not rectified soon, my next step is litigation!
This is a HORRIBLE establishment and I would not recommend ANYONE visit it
